Aleks has been responsible for the development of Arum's entire collections and recovery business and technical consultancy. As Principal Consultant he continues to provide business and project 'healthchecks', best practice and project turnaround consultancy, training and mentoring. For over 10 years now he has successfully managed enterprise accounts and sold financial services solutions in the UK and overseas including continental Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. Harry had a 37 year career in the insurance industry, mainly in marketing roles, and was responsible for the development and promotion of many niche products and markets. In his final role before retirement his responsibilities included the CRM system, E-commerce, brand management, corporate planning, research and internal and external communications. Harry joined Arum to assist the managing director with marketing and business management and his current role encompasses general accounting, company administration and secretarial matters.

He also has a key role in recruiting our team. Alistair has been working in IT for over 20 years in a number of sectors as a member of corporate IT teams, CTO and as an external consultant. He has over 15 years experience gained in 2 leading UK financial services institutions and a major UK Debt Collection Agency. In that time he has successfully led both small and large scale teams across all elements of the credit and collections process including DCA management and Debt Sale. This experience has extended across all retail banking products and arrears stages. David has significant experience of leading and implementing strategic, operational and cultural change to deliver enhanced bottom line results. He is comfortable working at both the strategic and operational level and is recognised as having strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills.
