Are you passionate about optimising collections and recoveries operations? Arum is seeking Associates in collections and recoveries to deliver expert consultancy services across sectors like banking, financial services, utilities, telco, and government.
You’ll play a crucial role in designing and implementing new target operating models that enhance collections processes, modernise technology infrastructure, improve efficiency, and drive client success.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to deliver bespoke collections and recoveries solutions.
- Support the development and testing of new strategies, processes, and technology solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps and optimise client strategies.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance related to collections and recoveries.
Skills and experience requirements:
