Are you a professional with extensive experience in the implementation of C&R Software’s Debt Manager platform? Arum is looking for talented individuals to join our team as Associate Consultants, helping clients unlock the full potential of all versions of Debt Manager through its design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
As an Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead and support key projects that enable clients to optimise their collections and recovery processes, leveraging the power of Debt Manager to drive efficiencies and improve performance.
Key responsibilities:
End-to-end implementation of the C&R Software Debt Manager system:
- Design: Collaborate with clients to capture their business requirements and design tailored Debt Manager solutions.
- Configuration: Customise Debt Manager settings to align with client needs and operational goals.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans and ensure system functionality aligns with project requirements.
- Deployment: Lead the migration and deployment of data into the Debt Manager system, ensuring a seamless transition.
Skills and experience requirements:
- C&R Software Debt Manager experience across all phases of implementation and product capabilities is essential.
- Proven ability to design, configure, and test Debt Manager strategies, user interface (FitAgent and Classic), decision engine (Drools, Blaze and FitLogic) and wider configuration.
- In-depth understanding of debt collection and recovery processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and manage complex implementation challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
